Matching and exports

Free local searches use a dated official HTS snapshot. Suggestions require review; unmatched products remain in full catalog CSV and Excel exports. Import CSV code columns as text to preserve leading zeros.

Paid AI enhancement starts only when you request it. An unavailable provider or failed classification does not use AI allowance. Refresh the app before retrying; repeating the same successful classification does not create another charge for the same facts in the same billing period.

Reopen the app from Shopify Admin rather than a bookmarked embedded URL. Do not send API keys, access tokens or a complete catalog when reporting a problem. Include the affected SKU, approximate time and visible error message.
